First Layout in a couple of days!

It's our 15th Wedding Anniversary today, can't believe it was 15 years ago. Makes me feel old!

I thought I would get some scrapping done this week to keep my mind off missing Sophs but didn't feel like scrapping on Tuesday and then yesterday I had a hospital appt and then mum and dad took me out for a while (to Doodle craft) so this is my first layout. It was a simple one and I only used one sheet of paper, fancy Pants (from my Sarahs Cards kit) and a stampin up journalling stamp and white ink pad and gel pen.

Sophs is home this afternoon and I can't wait to hear all the exciting things she did. She'll probably be really tired.

Double Layout

I haven't completed a double layout for ages but I had quite a few photos for the day out to the zoo. I used Stampin Up Whisper Whilte cardstock, pink pixie inkpad, Patterned papers-My Minds Eye, Martha Stewart edge punch and prima stamp for my journalling and promarkers to colour it. I also used a butterfly stamp from Stampin Up.

First Layout for this Week

This was last July at the Antrim Show, Sophs loved it because of all the horses and of course the other animals. I used My Minds Eye papers (Bloom and Grow) bazzil cardstock and chipboard letters and pumpkin pie inkpad from Stampin Up.
I will probably be scrapping alot this week as Sophie is away with her school until Thursday to the Share Centre doing lots of fun things!

My Kit Came!

I was so excited to receive my kit today from Sarah's Cards. I haven't done any scrapping today coz I was listening out for a delivery van and it eventually came at 12.00. I had also ordered some more American Crafts Cardstock which I love, so I got two parcels to open. Here is the patterned card from fancy pants (7 sheets), it's double sided so I took a photo of my fav side, also 5 sheets of bazzil cardstock.

This is the embellishments that came with the kit, fabric thickers, journalling tabs, rubons, doilie, felt flowers, clips, lace and my fav is the artisan frame from Pink Paislie.

I also ordered the 3 extras, buttons, blooms and embellishments. I was really surprised at the amount of flowers and buttons and I just love the lace butterfly.

I can't wait to scrap with my new kit. But for the minute I just keep looking at it!

Two more layouts

I have working on these layouts on and off today. I used 2 sketches but the second one didn't end up anything like the sketch! Sandra, I'm sure you recognise these photos!

Just Finished Another Layout

This was my birthday last year. I used another sketch from pagemaps and also the new Bobunny Mamarazzi cardstock, papers and buttons and bling.

Garden Gymnastics

I started this layout yesterday and finished it this morning. I thought it looked ok but when I looked at the photo of it on the computer the green ribbon seemed to dark and took away from the photo so this is what it looked like first:


Then I decided to put twill tape along the green ribbon and although the green is still there it doesn't seem as strong. I think it helps.

I used a sketch from Pagemaps website.

The New Bo Bunny Jazmyne

I love this new range of papers from Bo Bunny. I didn't use my cricut (shock horror!) I used grungeboard alphabet and cosmic shimmered them. I also used a Prima journalling stamp. The photo isn't great as I only had my mobile with me.

Another Layout

Just thought I would upload a layout I completed this morning. I used My Minds Eye papers (Quite Contrary) and some twill tape from Stampin Up and of course my cricut (Base Camp). I outlined the title with brown pen to make it stand out as it seemed to be a bit lost.

Sophie always seems to find an animal to pat when out for the day. Gary had taken her to a car show in Ballymoney and she found some donkeys! I wasn't there as I was at Stampin Up Training (I'm no longer a demo).

Just Me!

I rarely get a photo taken with just me in it. I usually move Sophie in front of me but Gary took this photo and actually I quite like it so I used it as my profile photo on scrapbeach, blog etc. So I thought I would do a layout of it too. I used the new bo bunny Mama Razzi papers and double dot cardstock, Storybook cricut cartridge and some lace and buttons I had in my stash. Hope you like.

Monthly Subscription

I have just started a monthly sub to Sarah's Cards scrapbook kit. It comes out on the 20th of each month and I can't wait to get it. As it was my first one I ordered all the extras: embellishments, buttons and blooms. I saw on UKScrappers that Sarah's Cards kit got really good reviews so I thought I would try it. I will post it when it arrives.

I have been a healthy eating diet since Sept and I thought I would look out some photos from before that to see the difference, even Sophie said there was a 'huge' difference. Well here are the before and now photos (I'm still planning to lose more). Can you guess how many stone I've lost?
